Huff post used to report on all kinds of news stories. They did an ok job of reporting without bias. Then along came Donald Trump... And the Huff Post decided it would be all about Donald Trump. They hate Donald Trump. Trump is evil, Trump did this, Trump said that, Down with Trump, Trump must be stopped. IT IS EXHAUSTING AND USELESS INFORMATION. EVERYONE HAS ALREADY MADE UP THEIR MINDS - YOU ARE NOT SOLVING ANYTHING! So move on Huff Post. Dig for some real news. Im through with Huff Post.

I keep getting redirected to the app store and other ads as others are saying here. .

Garbage app. Every other article redirects to the App Store. Total joke. In a sea of news apps, this one maintains its position solidly on the ocean floor.

Sends you to Apple Store Uber app without clicking.

This app constantly opens the App Store (to the Uber app page), without touching anything. Its very difficult to read an article because of this. This is intrusive and not worth my time.

This used to be a wonderful app. The front page had a variety of articles that covered the major headlines of the day. Unfortunately since the last couple updates, it seems this app is infested with advertising (most disguised as legitimate news articles) and at least 2 articles a day about Arianna Huffington. If Ms Huffington is looking to promote herself, I suggest she finds a better way than to populate the front page of a "news app" (at least it was) with irrelevant articles (such as, why she thinks this or that) and her non news worthy blog. With the App Store full of news apps, Im moving on. Bye Huffington Post

For a long time I have tolerated the incessant banner add across the bottom of the screen. Now, you find it necessary to automatically redirect my phone to the App Store!? FOR SHAME! Your official app is officially awful. PS to advertisers: I will never use or purchase an app that I am automatically redirected to. Ever.

Interesting how Ms Huffington joins the Uber board and now every time I open an article it launches the app store on Ubers page.

The app has a very smooth and intuitive layout. A much better experience than reading the articles via the browser. The layout is also a definite step up over Apple news.

Dear HP, Ive been loyal to you for years, but youve changed. I saw it coming, but I was in denial. Well its over. You are now deleted. I quit you. I have fond memories and will check back occasionally to see if youve changed, but I wont hold my breath!

Wont play videos, makes you start from the top of the page, reload & scroll down again to where you were every time you link to an article. Add to that, HuffPo has become the Donald Trump and pitbull news site. Usually 7-8 articles about Drumpf, usually negative, but still billboarding his name over & over to his Kool Aid drinkers while only writing maybe 1 article about Hillary Clinton, who will probably be the 1st woman to ever have a presidential nomination, and that article will usually tear her to shreds.

This app is terrible now. It is full of click bait and the front page has multiple "articles" on the same subject matter. No real journalism now.

Any review you read that says is loads smoothly on iPad or iPhone is out right lie. Even if you navigate through all the adds you cant find the entire article. Better Apps to get news.

Beginning today, almost every article I click on takes me to the App Store to download the kindle app. Whats going on with this?

Constantly redirects to ads or App Store. Used to be good. Now not worth your time. Download News Republic.

Another observation- no search function anymore? A news all with no SEARCH function? New negatives, even worse... Where are the bookmarked articles? Where are my comments/ conversations. I did a search for a specific article today (as the only way to find my convo) and instead of home decor related results, all I got were politics and war related results. Search doesnt even work. Oh joy, can ONLY open the app and read. Not interactive at all. Guess I can only submit one review so Ill keep my title and retype the review. I used to love the slideshows. No more slideshows. Used to watch the videos. Videos dont work anymore and/or their content doesnt match the headline image. Half the articles are 2 sentences with only links to outside sites. Images in the articles dont show up and then theres an image slideshow below the article that has nothing to do with the article where theyre posted. The links dont work. The Daily Show etc videos dont work on iPhone. Used to view your site daily. Now its monthly. Sad

More and more Ive been noticing theres less good content than there used to be, and it doesnt seem like new stories refresh as often either. But the last straw was just now when I actually spent ten minutes clicking on many different articles, just to have every single one take me to the App Store to download a suggested app--that I already have! I cant take it anymore, this is crazy. Im sorry HuffPost if you need to generate more income, but youve ruined your entire product.

Terrible app. Navigation is miserable. It doesnt event provide a search bar. Better off using the webpage.

Really, not able to search?

Maybe instead of adding more crash-laden ads or keeping weeks-old stories up front you could update app and not keep the old stories on page 2 so long.
