Not so great

This app isnt what I would have expected. I dont mind the adds at some point but when you are frequently forwarded to other apps or publicity when you click on news you want to read, thats just frustrating.

Great App until latest updates

Current app crashes immediately upon opening. Prior to this mornings issues, the interface is less attractive with heading taking up too much room, especially lead story to a section that always has a couple misplaced letters on the next line. Really enjoyed the until until the last couple of weeks.

Keeps crashing and content is inconsistent

The app itself keeps crashing. No updates to fix it either so please work on that! I dont have a news app to read op-Ed pieces from university interns... I want real news not some SJWs opinion on liberal issues!

Huffinpost 9.1.2

New update wont take. Cannot download new version. Frustrating, please fix!

Hate new update!

Please fix the new update. I hate that when you finish an article and press back it puts you back to the top of the page. Why did you update the app if it makes it more unusable and not user friendly. Dont change what wasnt broken. I am deleting this app. It sucks now.

Junk

Gave it up... Heavily biased news / opinion site Sad :(

App doesnt work

Cant see articles. Just a big grey mess. Dont bother with this app.

Popup Ads wont go away

This happened on a previous update. Stupid ads blank the entire screen and cant be dismissed. ENOUGH!!! UNINSTALLED!!!!

Fix this

Crashing immediately!!

Dislike automatic start of video, among many other things

I used to enjoy this app but find it increasingly shallow, juvenile and prurient. With this update: The automatic launch of video when I click on an article is incredibly annoying. Articles appear in categories to which they dont belong...eg. US politics page contained Canadian politics articles. Comments have disappeared without explanation. Headlines are notable lately for great reliance on childish phrases such as "...because x sucks". There is excessive breathless focus on the front page over the Kardashians, Princess Kates latest frock and, lately, "pee" and "poo". Time to delete.

Poor and lazy reporting

Quality of reporting has gone downhill. Why is there always old outdated articles left in each category ? Rhode scholar guy on front page for how many months? 10 things you should know.... 5 things you should do.... Those lists are fact less and lazy reporting.

Comments gone

Was happy with this app but now comments wont work. Deleting and will check back in 6 months to see if its fixed. Bye.

Redirecting Ad on start

I used the app on a daily basis but now each time I start the app Im redirected to the app store for some random game. You should change that in the meantime byebye huffpost !!

Commenting no longer works

This latest update has broken the comment section. Now its a useless app which I plan to delete.

Worst update

Since I this update, things becomes sluggish and erratic: video, content and also comments page wont work anymore. I tried everything even delete and reinstall the app, problems still there. Please fix this!

No Comments Displayed.

App no longer displays comments when prompted to. Perhaps theyve been disabled on account of all of the negative comments made toward their candidate of choice. Until this is fixed, Im just going to go ahead & assume that this is the case.

Huffington Post

As the comments section no longer works, I will delete the app. The comments, expressing the thoughts and beliefs of other readers on any particular story, are by far the most interesting part of the Huffington Post.

Critical Reviews Censored

My previous critical review appeared for a few days and then disappeared from the Huff Post site. In the meantime the offensive flashing ad for Twitter disappeared and for a few days there were no ads on Huff Post. Then gradually non-flashing ads were introduced - still with apparently no way to report offensive, repetitive or irrelevant ads. Now an ad for an Amazon app has appeared that features a rolling screen -- not as bad as flashing but still distracting. As a survival mechanism humans have evolved to notice moving objects in a static field. Its something you cant control and advertisers know this. The only way I can read an article with an animated ad at the bottom is to cover it up with a piece of paper. So now in addition to Twitter I will have to boycott Amazon. The list goes on! What a bunch of morons you must have working in your advertising department. Do you think this kind of obvious manipulation is going to get new customers?

Deleting the app

Whats with ads over the articles???

Last version Doesnt work on iPad mini

I Think the dev team make a bypass on the tests
